Recruitment procedure
Our company makes certain that every step of our recruitment and placement procedures are in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government.
We process the request of client to provide best of class and competent manpower as per requirement which include:
- - Position i.e required skilled of man power
- - Number of Workers Required
- - Salary per Position per Hour and Total Working Hours per Week
We are providing the list of qualified manpower in which the Employer has the choice of selecting his / her candidates. Selected Workers Sign an Employment Agreement / Contract with us. Then we conduct orientation of Selected Workers
After selection of manpower all necessary registration and documentation are executed as per client norms.
Swasti Eterprises shall deploy all selected workers within sixty (60) days or earlier or as what has been agreed and committed upon if any worker is not found to be working properly as per the terms and condition
